How buying from us works

From the pasture to your porch, here is the whole path.

1. We raise it

Beef raised in Shelby County by people whose names you can ask for at the pickup window. Processed at a USDA-inspected plant, so every wrap carries the inspection mark, the safe handling statement, and a freeze-by date.

2. You order it

Cut by cut, in a package, or by the share. Check out as a guest, or sign in to keep your address, preferences, and order history. Your receipt appears on screen when the order is placed, ready to print or save.

3. We pack it your way

Vacuum sealed or butcher paper. Whole cuts, or steaks portioned to your thickness. Ground in 1, 2, 5, or 10 pound wraps. The defaults are chosen for you, and everything else is one click and clearly priced.

4. Pickup or delivery
